During that trial, the judge didn’t allow his original attorney to call an expert to counter the claims made by the DA’s expert. The judge’s refusal to allow a defense expert dramatically and unjustly tilted the odds in the DA’s favor.
We are representing our client on appeal to overturn his unjust conviction.
