Unless Baldwin knew that the gun contained a live round or was otherwise reckless, he likely won’t be arrested. That’s because Baldwin wasn’t in charge of making sure the gun was safe prior to using it on set. The safety of the gun fell on the armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who could be criminally charged. As for Baldwin getting sued for wrongful death or negligent hiring, that’s likely, especially since he’s Alec Baldwin.
