Gregory A. Marshall, Esq., has over 13 years of legal experience as a litigator in New York.  Mr. Marshall served the people of New York as an Assistant District Attorney for over five years between 2005 and 2010 as a prosecutor in Brooklyn.  While with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office, Mr. Marshall worked in the elite Rackets division and specialized in the prosecution of police corruption, white collar crime, hate crimes, and environmental crimes as well as assaults, robberies, attempted murder, domestic violence and other prosecutions. Mr. Marshall then worked in the field of insurance defense in lower Manhattan where he litigated personal injury, New York Labor Law and construction related insurance defense litigation.  Following Mr. Marshall’s work in the field of insurance defense Mr. Marshall passed the United Stated Patent & Trademark Office exam and is registered as a patent attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia.
